1. Security

The property has security cameras at the entrance, common areas and access to the lagoon, installed to ensure the safety of the facilities and, primarily, the well-being of our guests.

2. Use of Facilities and Responsibility

The guest agrees to make proper and responsible use of all the property's facilities, furniture, equipment, and infrastructure. Any damage caused deliberately or through negligence may result in additional charges for repairs or replacements.

3. Security Deposit

To ensure the property is maintained in optimal condition, a security deposit of $4,000.00 MXN will be required upon check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, after the property and facilities have been inspected.

4. Values and Conduct

At Atom Heart, we actively promote the values of respect, tolerance, and diversity. We do not tolerate discriminatory or disrespectful behavior toward any person under any circumstances, regardless of their appearance, skin color, religion, political ideology, nationality, or origin. Likewise, we demand dignified and responsible treatment of the environment and the wildlife that inhabits our natural surroundings.

Any conduct that contravenes these principles will constitute sufficient grounds for immediate termination of the contract and cancellation of the services provided, without the right to a refund.
