Cancellation policies

1-80% of the total booking amount can be refunded, provided that the cancellation has been requested by the client no later than 5 days before Check In.

2-In case of cancellations between 4 and 2 days before Check In, 40% of the total reservation will be refunded.

3-In case of cancellations one day before or on the same day as Check In, no amount can be refunded.
